Roosters on Oxford Vintage Coffee House makes for a fun and unique venue for your next event. From birthday parties and baby showers to weddings and community meet-ups - Rent our entire coffee house and host an event buzzing with creativity! Or, book our “1902 Room” during business hours for an energized space for your next meeting or brainstorm session. Click here for a downloadable pricing list.

Parking is available in the lot behind City Hall, also 1 block to the West and along the street.  Wheelchair accessible.

“1902 ROOM” RENTAL:

Rent out our “1902 Room” for $25/hour during business hours. The “1902 Room” seats 9 comfortably - maximum capacity is 14 guests.

The hourly rate includes:

  • Vintage furnishings and decor

  • 1 - 6 ft vintage table, with optional leaf extension to 9 ft

  • 1 – 4 ft vintage table

  • 9 chairs (a few extra may be added)

  • Closed doors for privacy

  • Free Wi-Fi & outlet access

 

AFTER HOURS RENTAL:

Rent our entire coffee house for your next party, shower or wedding! The coffee house holds 50 guests comfortably and our beautiful wrap-around Florida porch seats 16-20. Choose from one of our accommodating packages below.

basic package-$150 per hour, 2 hour minimum

Included in the hourly rate are:

  • Open and bright 1,900 square foot coffee house, built in 1902

  • Large, wrap-around Florida porch

  • Vintage rockers, benches and plenty of outdoor seating

  • Basic speaker system

  • Clean-up not included - $75 fee if required

coffee bar package-$200 per hour, 2 hour minimum

Included in the hourly rate are:

  • Open and bright 1,900 square foot coffee house, built in 1902

  • Large, wrap-around Florida porch

  • Vintage rockers, benches and plenty of outdoor seating

  • Basic speaker system

  • Coffee bar service (Required $15/hr fee for Barista)

  • Bottomless Brew of the Day included

  • Specialty drinks and gluten-free baked goods at discount prices

catered package-$200 per hour, 2 hour minimum

Included in the hourly rate are:

  • Bring your own food or have your event catered and we’ll do the cleaning!

  • Open and bright 1,900 square foot coffee house, built in 1902

  • Large, wrap-around Florida porch

  • Vintage rockers, benches and plenty of outdoor seating

  • Basic speaker system

  • Coffee bar access can be added for $100, plus $15/hr for Barista

premium package-$650/1st hour, $150 each additional hour (2 hour minimum)

Included in the hourly rate are:

  • Bring your own food or have your event catered and we’ll do the cleaning!

  • Vintage dishes and glasses are provided – don’t worry, we do the dishes

  • Open and bright 1,900 square foot coffee house, built in 1902

  • Large, wrap-around Florida porch

  • Vintage rockers, benches and plenty of outdoor seating

  • Basic speaker system

  • Coffee bar access can be added for $100, plus $15/hr for Barista

 

EXTRAS:

  • Coffee Bar Service - $100 + $15/hr for barista

  • Bottomless Brewed Organic Coffee with Ceramic Mugs - $50

  • Cleaning Fee - $150

 

 

 

DEPOSIT AND REFUNDS:

  • All rental requests are confirmed on a first come, first serve basis. 

  • For rentals requiring 4 hours or less, 50% deposit required.

  • For rentals over 4 hours, a deposit of four hours is required. The remaining balance paid at the end of the event.

  • Cancellation: Canceling anytime up to 30 days prior to event.  50% refund of original deposit.

  • Late Cancellation or No Show:  No refund of original deposit.
